Keith Rozanski

Senior Counsel

Keith has over twenty years’ experience working with product manufacturers, transportation companies and hospitality and retail corporations in litigated and non-litigated matters. He has served as lead counsel in hundreds of litigated actions, successfully handling cases by way of settlement, dispositive motion, trial and argument before state appellate courts. Keith has been sought after by national retail chains to review and revise store inspection and safety protocols, incident reporting procedures, and provide guidance on how to best comply with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (the “ADA”) to ensure places of public accommodation are accessible to persons with disabilities.

Before turning to law, Keith was employed full-time in the hospitality and golf industry at Muirfield Village Golf Club, Jack Nicklaus’ famed golf course located in Dublin, Ohio, home to the PGA Tour’s the Memorial Tournament.
