Chaidez v. AHM

Partners Alice Chen Smith and Christine DeMetruis obtained summary judgment today on behalf of their automotive distributor client on a strict product liability case in Los Angeles Superior Court, in which they argued that there is no evidence of defect and the vehicle was not preserved for litigation.  The Court agreed and granted judgment in favor of our client.
