Chris was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and was admitted to the Bar of the State of California in 1992. He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central Districts of California and the United States Claims Court.
Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in 1986 and his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 1992. His practice has focused on products liability, premises liability and complex tort litigation.
In addition to litigating products liability and complex tort cases at the trial court level, Chris also represents clients in the California Appellate Courts. He has successfully briefed and argued matters before appellate courts in Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange Counties including matters before the First, Second, Fourth and Sixth Appellate Districts.
Chris has successfully obtained relief from interlocutory orders on behalf of his clients in California’s Appellate Courts. Chris also represents corporate clients in class-action litigation.
