William is an associate at YOKA | SMITH. He grew up in Los Angeles, California and attended the University of California, Irvine where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School.
While attending law school, William was an editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. He was also a certified law student in Loyola's social justice clinics representing wrongfully convicted individuals and individuals convicted as juveniles seeking resentencing. During law school, William also worked as a law clerk in the Los Angeles Alternate Public Defender's Office and other defense firms.
Prior to joining YOKA | SMITH, William worked in entertainment law where he worked on commercial litigation and transactional matters for various entities. He is admitted to the State Bar of California.
