Andrew K. Figueras

Andrew Figueras is an associate at Yoka | Smith, LLP. He was born and raised in Pasadena, California. Andrew received his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School. He attended the University of Arizona where he graduated in three years and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Law and Public Policy.

While attending law school, Andrew was a part of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. He was the Chair of the program from 2019-2020. During law school, Andrew interned at the Pasadena City Prosecutor’s Office and with in-house counsel at a financial institution.

Prior to joining Yoka | Smith, Andrew was a fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates Fellowship program.

Andrew returns yearly to Southwestern Law School to coach Trial Teams and mentor students in the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. Andrew is the President of Southwestern Law School’s Nickel Club, Southwestern’s young alumni association. Andrew is also the Vice-Chair of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers – Young Lawyers Division.

At Yoka | Smith, Andrew has successfully defended many complex cases and has successfully tried a product liability case in which a defense verdict was achieved.
