Soto v. Specialty Healthcare Properties, Inc., et al.
Defendant was the owner of the parking structure where plaintiff’s incident occurred. Plaintiffs settled with codefendants and proceeded to trial against the owner of the building claiming that it violated Beverly Hills building and municipal codes and regulations, and that the conduct of the valet attendants fell below the standard of care. Plaintiffs further alleged that this defendant created a dangerous condition, which caused their accident.
