Aaron S. Case promoted to Partner with Yoka & Smith.

Yoka & Smith is pleased to welcome attorney Aaron Case as a new partner. 

As and experienced trial attorney, Aaron represents clients in both litigation and non-litigation matters including catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and products liability matters, complex tort and environmental litigation, and commercial and business disputes.  Aaron also advises clients in non-litigation matters regarding compliance with State and Federal laws for operating businesses within California as well as selling consumer products in California.
