Martin v. Equity Residential Management, L.L.C.
In this premises liability case, Plaintiff alleged that Defendant failed to properly warn of a dangerous condition on its residential property. Plaintiff further alleged that defendant had actual notice of a dangerous condition and that it was a substantial factor in causing plaintiff’s harm. Defendant disputed liability, causation, and the nature and extent of Plaintiff’s claimed damages. The jury found in favor of the defendant.
