YOKA | SMITH attorneys Mary Childs and Meri Nacharyan prevailed in Los Angeles Superior Court on a motion to dismiss Plaintiff’s Complaint for failure to comply with discovery order.

Plaintiff brought forth a complaint for negligence, alleging he slipped and fell on client’s premises.  Plaintiff failed to comply with discovery, after which Y | S on behalf of its client successfully brought forth motions to enforce Plaintiff’s compliance with discovery. 

Upon Plaintiff’s failure to comply thereafter, Ms. Childs and Ms. Nacharyan on behalf of their client moved to dismiss Plaintiff’s complaint, which the Court granted.
