Rachel Lustig

Rachel is an associate attorney at YOKA | SMITH. She grew up in Orange County and attended Chapman University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences, Minor in Psychology, graduating in 2020.

Rachel obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School, with a concentration in Civil Litigation and Advocacy. Rachel graduated from the SCALE Two Year Accelerated Program in 2024. While in law school, she was a Peer Mentor of the SCALE Program and participated in the Intramural Moot Court Competition, finishing as an Octa Finalist. During law school, Rachel also was a Judicial Clerk for an Orange County Superior Court Judge.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel participated in the American Board of Trial Advocates Fellowship Program, where she had the opportunity to clerk for a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge.

Rachel was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2025.
